Join Chef Rosemary Harbrecht and immerse yourself in Mexican family tradition with a truly hands-on experience.  Chef Rosemary Harbrecht was the former owner of Calgary's Brulee Bakery and now hails from Salt Spring Island where she is the pastry chef for the renowned Hastings House.  She will be teaching registrants the artistry behind the Cocina Mexicanna.  Born and raised in California, Rosemary grew up surrounded by Mexican cuisine.

Cookies, Creams & Cakes with Chef Rosemary Harbrecht

Gluten Free Gourmet with Chef Judy Wood

Have you been diagnosed Celiac? Or you just KNOW you feel better when you don't eat wheat and other glutenous grains? Come and learn how to cook without wheat and still eat delicious, amazing food.

Price:  $90

Registrations are accepted by phone, in person or online.  Payment may be made by cash, debit, Visa, Mastercard or American Express when registering in person or over the phone.  You will be asked to pay via PayPal when registering online. 

Registrations are not confirmed until payment has been received.

Published prices do not include GST.  Payments are non-refundable, but if we receive sufficient notice (3 days for most classes), you have the option to register in a different class (subject to availability), use the credit in one of our stores, or have the amount credited to a gift certificate(s).  Gift Certificates are available for all classes.
